Bio
Ray was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate, and completed a degree in Biological Psychology in 1994 with highest honors. Ray also attended law school at the University of Florida, graduating in 1997. More recently, Ray completed an LL.M. degree in Taxation through the University of Alabama, graduating with honors.
Ray joined Student Legal Services in 2013 with over 15 years of experience in private practice as a civil and criminal litigator. He has tried over 70 civil and criminal cases before juries. Ray currently advises and represents students in multiple legal matters, including landlord-tenant, misdemeanor criminal, family, commerical/consumer, traffic, and insurance matters.
