Bio
Jon graduated from Louisiana State University Law School (J.D.) in 1986 with honors. He was a member of the Louisiana Law Review and Order of the Coif. He obtained his undergraduate degree from LSU in 1983 (B.S., General Studies). Mr. Adcock practiced law in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for over 15 years, primarily in the area of general civil and commercial litigation, before coming to Florida. He remains a member of the Louisiana Bar.
Mr. Adcock became a member of the Florida Bar in 2003. He has been an Attorney with Student Legal Services since March of 2004 and became the Director of SLS in 2013. He advises and represents students in a variety of legal matters involving landlord/tenant, consumer. insurance, traffic and criminal cases.
